We focus on a fast but thorough application process. There are four stages of the entire interview process:

Step 1

Your application with references

Please send us your CV and shortly explain why you would like to join the team and what makes you a great fit. Please include references and transcripts from previous employers and from your university. We will check your documents and get back to you within 48 hours on average.

Step 2

Intro call via video

You will first meet someone from EverReal (HR, founder or team lead) to get to know each other better. We will be interested in learning more about what drives you and will be happy to answer your questions.

Step 3

Interviews with team onsite or video

Depending on the position you will have a series of further role specific interviews and informal chats with team members and the founders. This also includes a practical part in which you can show us your skills and expertise.

Step 4

Reference check and offer

If things go well, we will ask you to provide contact details of your former supervisors so we can run reference checks. You will then receive an offer from us straight away.
